I have never been interested in the perfection of the fake hyper-real plausibility of the fiction and advertising images that crowd our screens. This alleged "visual accuracy" is not the only possibility available to us, for looking at the world inside an audio-visual image. If we really want to get experienced through video, we don’t have to saturate our eyes with stimuli that block emotions and reset our thinking. To emancipate our thinking, free our emotions and, above all, ignite our imagination, it is preferable to let the gaze rest in the interstices that open up in the audio-visual images, when they are left free to act in a non-ideological way.
